Lakes route: Montreux-Bulle
Discover the national route n°9, the „Lakes Route“. This section goes along the old Cheese Route to Gruyères, a pretty medieval village.
On a historic trading route, climbing away from the shimmering waters of Lac Léman. Switzerland’s favourite cheese: Gruyere, sharing its name with the region. A spicy symphony of muted green, clanging cowbells and quaint customs.

Beware: dangerous junctions in Vevey (Station roundabaout) and Jongny (Monts-de-Corsier)
