Canyoning offers the opportunity to discover a gorge using various specific techniques. This fun activity can be dangerous and requires the supervision of professionals.
In Gruyère, for example, several routes are offered to visitors in search of freshness.
The Parcours de la Tine in Gruyère is possible from May to October and offers a very interesting approach. The fun side is highlighted thanks to various jumps, a zip line and white water swimming. This itinerary is ideal for an introduction to canyoning.
The Canyon de l'Evi in Albeuve offers an opportunity to explore the Evi gorges. This itinerary is perfect for an introduction to rope abseiling in canyoning and is aimed at people who already have some experience of canyoning. This activity, available from June to October, includes jumps, slides and an introduction to abseiling up to 15 metres.
The Canyon du Petit-Mont in Charmey - open from June to October - ends with a superb 35-metre abseil. It is therefore aimed at those who have experience in canyoning and climbing.

A towel and a swimming costume, as well as a pair of shoes that fit well on the feet (trainers, trekking shoes,...) and that, can get wet.
