Discover… a treat to melt away
Fondue is a sizzling love affair and can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere in the canton of Fribourg. Its recipe for success consists half of Gruyère AOP and half of Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. Our recommendation during the current situation: two forks per person - one for stirring and one for eating. With the necessary distance around the table and enough caquelons, nothing stands in the way of enjoying this delicious specialty.
