Grand Tour des Vanils

Description

The Grand Tour des Vanils takes you through a Pre-Alpine landscape featuring some exceptional natural heritage, a rich landscape and an important part of the alpine economy.

The route is aimed at experienced hikers, equipped for a mid-altitude mountain walk and can be walked in either direction, in separate stages or entirely. Six of the 11 stages are in Fribourg and all have waymarkers. Walkers can easily adapt them to suit their preferences.
