Biannual festival, the "Rencontres théâtrales de Bulle" propose theatral performances from different troupes.
Amateur troupes from the cantons of Fribourg, Valais and Geneva will take turns on the stage of the Hôtel de Ville. The programme is sure to appeal to all audiences through its variety and richness. We will be able to go from a poetic text to a theatrical performance in French/French sign language, or in Gruyère Patois ( regional dialect), from a comedy to a tragedy, young people rubbing shoulders with the not so young, people from here and elsewhere, for the pleasure and delight of all.
Offstage
To encourage encounters, the very essence of this festival, all theatre lovers will be able to meet up off stage, for enjoyable moments of sharing around a drink. Musicians will perform after the show.
