During your stay in Switzerland, la Maison Cailler is one of the must-see places to visit. Surrounded by the sweet scent of chocolate, you will be immersed in the secrets of this chocolate factory. With family or friends, everyone will enjoy an excellent time within these walls steeped in history.

Cailler chocolate is a symbol of La Gruyère. Produced with milk from the area, it has been produced in the famous Cailler factory since 1898. During your visit, you begin the chocolate experience with a fun and interactive historical itinerary. You will learn about the history of the Cailler family and the other great names in Swiss chocolate.

The second part of the tour takes you into the manufacturing process. You can touch and see the raw materials. You find out more about the suppliers and producers of the ingredients used. You can observe the manufacturing areas. For example, the production line of the famous branches en chocolate.

The visit to the Maison Cailler ends with sampling. You taste the specialities for which this chocolate factory is famous. And what better way to end your time in Broc than by visiting the shop? The ideal place to buy praline or bars to take home with you.
