Beautiful and bright two-room apartment with a view of the Fribourg Pre-Alps. In addition, the apartment is perfectly located to the leisure opportunities of the winter and summer season.
The apartment (50 sqm) is located in the basement of the building and offers a beautiful covered outdoor space, which invites you to enjoy the sunny days outside. The view sweeps from the local mountain Kaiseregg over to the Spitzfluh and Les Reccardets. The apartment has an open kitchen with dining table, living room, fireplace and comfy sofas.
The bedroom has a double bed (2 mattresses each 90 x 200 cm) with adjoining bathroom with WC/shower.
In summer there is a 200 km long hiking network waiting to be discovered. Or you can spend your days directly at the lake, which invites you to swim.
Five minutes on foot you will find 22 km of prepared ski slopes. Furthermore, it has well signposted routes for snowshoe walkers. In good weather conditions, the lake can be walked on and on the other side an ice rink awaits skating fans. For the young and the old, a visit to the ice palaces is not to be missed.
Wood for the fireplace is not included in the rental price.
